There is only a year left before the next Planet of the Apes movie: War for the Planet of the Apes and while some casting works have been done, it has been a few months anything about the sequel was revealed. That was until today, now we have a synopsis released to let us know about the general plot.
After the events of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, War for the Planet of the Apes will be focusing on a conflict between the apes and the humans to be led by the Colonel (Woody Harrelson). With apes having important losses, Caesar will have to to whatever necessary to get revenge for his lost ape friends. Then he and the Colonel will face each other during a war that will affect the fate of the whole planet.
20th Century Fox also stated that they will be releasing behind-the-scenes footage and some additional footage that has not been seen anywhere before. Planet of the Apes is a pretty sold franchise as sci-fi, so we are sure it will be a good movie. Get updated by following us on social media!
