Good news for the fans of Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story and American Crime Story) out there! She will be joining the cast of Feud, a new drama of anthology kind by Ryan Murphy.
Ryan Murphy stated on Tuesday Sarah Paulson will join the cast of Feud and play the role of Geraldine Page, a famous TV and movie actress.
For those who do not know about Geraldine Page, she was a movie star from Missouri who was nominated 8 times for the academy award and won it with her role in the Trip to Bountiful.
If you are hearing about Feud for the first time, the TV show will focusing on the relationship between Joan Crawford, who will be played by the amazing Jessica Lange, and Bette Davis, who will be played by another excellent actress Susan Sarandon while they were filming What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?, a classic movie made in 1962. There is no solid information about how Geraldine Page will fit into the story, however, it might be related to the race for winning the Best Actress in 1963 for which Bette Davis (What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?) competed against Geraldine Page (Sweet Bird of Youth).
Feud’s first season will be comprised of eight episodes and the strong cast of the show also will include Catherine Zeta-Jones playing Olivia de Havilland, Alfred Molina as the director Robert Aldrich, Stanley Tucci as the studio executive Jack Warner, Judy Davis as the columnist Hedda Hopper and Dominic Burgess as Joan Crawford and Bette Davis’ co-star Victor Buono.
