With her roles in important productions such as Suicide Squad, The Wolf of Wall Street and The Legend of Tarzan, Margot Robbie is surely one of the rising actresses in Hollywood lately. Looks like the star does not want to rest a bit even although this time she will show some other talents of hers.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Margot Robbie is now negotiating to be a part of the live action/CGI Peter Rabbit movie. After the deal is made, she is expected to voice one of the bunnies in the story although no other details were released at this time. Peter Rabbit will be featuring James Corden, Rose Byrne, Domhnall Gleeson, Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki as characters comprised of humans and anthropomorphic animals.
For the uninformed, The Tale of Peter Rabbit was originally writtern by Beatrix Potter and published in 1902. There were five books in total in the series with the latest being published in 1912.
The movie will be “modern interpretation” of the classic children’s tale although there are no more details revealed about it. James Corden will be voicing Peter, Domhnall Gleeson will be playing Mr. McGregor and Rose Byrne will be playing Bea while Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki will be displaying their voicing talents.
