Chicago Justice producers continue their casting works and adding more beauty to the cast. For the ones watching UnReal, the face above will be familiar but for the uninformed she is Monica Barbaro.
Monica Barbaro played the role of Yael (“Hot Rachel“) a reporter going undercover during this summer in UnReal. NBC also thinks that she did a good job in UnReal so they cast her as a regular in their new show, Chicago Justice.
She will be playing the role of an Assistant State’s attorney in the show. After Nazneen Contractor, who played another Assistant State’s Attorney in the backdoor pilot of Chicago Justice in another TV show, Chicago PD, left the show to join a CBS drama called Ransom, one might think Monica Barbaro will take her place, but this is not the case. Barbaro will play a different character not ASA Dawn Patel.
Chicago Justice’s cast includes Lorraine Toussaint, Carl Weathers, Joelle Carter and Phillip Winchester.
